IT TOOK ABOUT FOUR YEARS TO FIND A DOCTOR THAT WOULD REPLACE MY LEFT KNEE DUE TO HEART ISSUES. I FINALLY WAS CONECTED WITH DR ECCLES WHO IMEDIATELY NOTICED I NEEDED A KNEE REPLACEMENT. I WAS SEEN BY MY HEART DOCTOR
WHO DID TWO DAYS OF TESTING ON MY HEART. BOTH DOCTORS CLEARED ME FOR THE KNEE REPLACEMENT.

AFTER THE SURGERY I HAD LITTLE TO NO PAIN AND MY RANGE OF MOTION IS EXCELLENT. MY SURGERY WAS PERFORMED
FEBRUARY 10 AND LESS THAN TWO WEEKS LATER I FEEL GREAT AND AM FINALLY OUT OF MY WHEELCHAIR. I GREATLY APPRECIATE EVERYTHING THAT DR ECCLES HAS DONE FOR ME. HE GAVE ME MY LIFE BACK AFTER YEARS OF SUFFERING.

My husband and I have only been in SC for a few years and the idea of him having to have hip replacement surgery was concerning since we didn't know many people in the area to get recommendations. Fortunately our NP referred us to the CMC Orthopedics group. What a comforting experience. Everyone we met there was a pleasure to work with. We met Dr. Eccles and discussed the hip surgery possibilities in detail. He was very knowledgeable, respectful of our concerns and answered each and every question in a way to ensure we understood. He made himself available to us via email for any additional questions or concerns that we may have and was quick to respond. The surgery was an amazing success and recovery was a breeze for my husband. We couldn't be more pleased with having Dr. Eccles as the surgeon. He has our confidence and when and if the other hip has to be done we know we're in good hands.

What can I say other than INCREDIBLE!!! From the time you speak to the first person on the phone to when you are walking out from your post op appointment and everything in between....it's fantastic!!! The staff is sweet, smart and very capable in making you feel ready and at ease. They listen to all you have to say and you never feel rushed. They are sweet and beautiful women who do their jobs professionally!!!

Dr Eccles is BEYOND amazing! He is an exceptionally intelligent Dr who puts all of your needs and concerns ahead of everything. He's got a demeanor that can calm even the most pessimistic person. I had one of the worst knees he had ever seen and calmly said, "I can fix that and you'll be so happy if you make sure to do your part in therapy and at home. My job is to give you the most stable knee possible. Your job is to exercise". Well, he was right. I'm 2 weeks out of surgery and I'm where most people are in 4 to 6 weeks!!!
I would recommend Dr Eccles and his staff to EVERYONE!!! I trust him implicitly!!
You'll be in the best hands should you need him or his group!!!

I am absolutely thrilled to have Dr Eccles has my ortho surgeon. He is kind, patient, supportive and encouraging. I had knee replacement surgery several months ago and it’s been a very positive experience. He took the time on several visits to explain detail. I never left a visit without understanding everything.

Dr. Eccles team at his office and at hospital during my knee replacement surgery were the best anyone could ask for. After surgery there was pain as expected but Dr. Eccles meds was very helpful. I am absolutely thrilled to have found Dr. Eccles. My husband had never had surgery and Dr. Eccles was very patient and thorough in explaining the knee replacement surgery and recovery. My husband isn't even 2 months into recovery and is doing fantastic. He is even planning to get his other knee replaced later this year.

Dr. Eccles has compassion for his patients and a passion for his profession. This is a winning combination that isn't found very often. We had been to several other Doctors before going to Dr. Eccles. We couldn't be happier with our choice.

Dr. Eccles is a great surgeon. He performed a total replacement of my left knee at the end of November. I am amazed at the progress I’ve made and now walk on that leg totally without pain. Just scheduled the other knee for April. Dr. Eccles is amazing!

Dr Eccles was the best doctor I could ever have for my total knee replacement. I was very nervous at first but he made me feel at ease. He was very down to earth and told me out front what to expect. I would highly recommend him to all my family and friends. When Im ready to have my other knee done, I will contact him.....He is Great!
