I was very apprehensive about knee replacement surgery but after my appointment with Dr Eccles I decided to move forward with the surgery. I appreciate that he did not push me into it….but left the decision up to me. He was an excellent surgeon and couldn’t have been more caring. Dr. Eccles was patient with all my questions that I had and I didn't have to wait long to be seen. My appointment was at 9:30 in the morning, they got me right in and with x-rays and a cortisone shot and consultation I left his office before 10:00 AM. His bedside manner and he and his staff's professionalism was second to none ! They all were kind and courteous and I plan on staying with their orthopedic services feeling comfortable that they are some of Horry Countys best !!!! Thank you

Dr. Eccles was fantastic. Professional and passionate about his work. Spent plenty of time with me and explained ex-rays and options for hip pain. Although a surgeon didn't suggest surgery but offered alternatives for my condition. Left feeling better already.

Dr. Eccles preformed knee replacement surgry on my left knee January 20, 2022. I could not ask for a better surgen to do the job. He is a very careing person. He called the very next day on Friday to ask how I was doing, he sent me a text on Saturday also. He contacted me again the following Tuesday. Can not remember another doctor being that concerned. I have recomended him to all my friends who need to have knee or hip surgery.
