I had the best care by Dr. Eccles. Dr. Eccles did a knee replacement on my Right Knee. He was so caring, positive, compassionate, and professional. He did an excellent job in explaining the surgery and my X-rays to me, soothing my fears. The incision healed quickly, the scar is barely noticeable. If I ever need an Orthopedic surgeon again, he is the only one I will go to and recommend.

Dr. Eccles did my hip replacement two weeks ago. I am a former patient of OrthoSC. I waited way too long to have this surgery done, mainly because I had to lose weight to get to a 40 BMI. This was necessary to help decrease the risk of infection. Turns out my hip joint was bone on bone and had ground down an additional 1/2". It was very painful and I walked with a significant limp. Dr. Eccles was very kind, knowledgable and patient with me and explained what was happening, showing me the x-rays and a hip joint model. During the surgery, he lengthened my leg muscles when putting in the new joint so I would walk normally again. After the surgery, he met with my husband for 10 minutes and explained the procedure specifics to him. Incredible. I was in good hands. My incision has healed perfectly. I like the exercises on the mymobility app on my phone. It eliminates need to go to physical therapy. Much more convenient. Your nurse, Sonya, is wonderful and very caring. She encouraged me every week as I was losing weight to get ready for the procedure. Per our conversation today, I honestly don't feel that Dr. Ramsey at OrthoSC would have been as passionate about my case as you were. You went above and beyond in making sure I could walk normally again and be free from pain. I was given my life back! Thank you Dr. Eccles!

My experience was well beyond my expectations. Everyone was very nice and kind. The help was well beyond my expectations and they explain everything in a way that I could understand. Any questions that I had was answered.
